But what really made the visit stand out was the incredible customer service. The general manager, Anthony, was so kind and attentive. He genuinely listened to my concerns and sorted everything out without hesitation. It’s rare to come across that level of care and professionalism, and I can honestly say Anthony provided the best customer service I’ve had in Nottingham so far. I left really impressed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! ”
“ I came here with my boyfriend, wanting something Asian. The staff were simply amazing; quick service, attentive to requests, and very polite. We had the Katsu Prawn with rice and the Pork with rice, along with a side of spring rolls to share. Generous portions and scrumptious. The only possible downside is that when other customers have the hot pot, the smoke tends to spread through the atmosphere. That said, it’s not something we mind too much, the food and service more than make up for it. Definitely coming back! ”
